Founders Story: Mitch + Alice
Meet Mitch and Alice, the passionate visionaries behind Sukore.
Mitch is a proud Albury local with a rich history in sports, playing Rugby League and Aussie Rules. Mitch's journey toward creating a wellness and recovery space began over a decade ago. As a dedicated teacher and all-round nice guy, his commitment to health and fitness is evident to anyone who knows him—he truly embodies the principles of self-care.
Alice grew up in the Macedon Ranges, where her childhood, like Mitch's, was shaped by sports. Her experience competing at high levels in equestrian ignited her passion for health and performance enhancement, leading her to a successful career as a chiropractor, which she brings with her to Sukore. Those fortunate enough to meet Alice quickly realise that her focus is always on people—she believes that true wellness comes from a holistic understanding of individual needs, making everyone feel understood and cared for.
Together, we've combined our unique backgrounds and expertise to create Sukore, a space for wellness and recovery. Our passion for enhancing the lives of others is at the heart of everything we do, and we're grateful to have you with us on this journey. Thank you for all your support so far — we can’t wait to welcome you to Sukore.

At Sukore, part of the experience is connecting with like-minded people in our communal areas. It creates a fun and relaxed vibe, and let’s face it, it’s always easier to take on an ice bath with someone by your side.We ask that all customers show respect to others in the shared environment. Any inappropriate, aggressive, discriminatory, or sexual behavior will not be tolerated.
We take hygiene very seriously at Sukore. Our space is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, and our staff are trained to maintain this throughout the day to ensure you are safe and happy. In addition to our equipment’s regular daily cleaning and maintenance, Sukore is also thoroughly cleaned every night. The following equipment is suitable for use during pregnancy: Compression boots and Massage Guns (for areas away from the baby). The Air Relax compression boots are popular with pregnant women as a way to relieve swelling and soreness. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor for advice as to whether these services are appropriate for you to use.
